JAKE WOODWARD
Jake Woodward has over 10 years planning experience in both the local government (Council) and the private sector (Consultant) throughout New Zealand. Jake is an Associate member of the New Zealand Planning Institute (Assoc.NZPI) and is qualified with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Environmental Planning) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Planning.
Jake is widely recognised as a leading planning professional throughout Central Otago, Queenstown and Wanaka following his previous roles at Queenstown Lakes District Council and more recently as a Consultant in Cromwell.
Jake has extensive experience in providing planning and resource management advice on the feasibility of development, and has specialist knowledge in the preparation of land use and subdivision consent applications. His experience also includes facilitating notified applications and presenting expert evidence on behalf of a wide range of Clients at Council Hearings.
Outside of the office, Jake is a keen outdoorsman and can be found exploring his backyard of the South Island with his family, whether this is camping, tramping or a spot of fishing.
